Design and development of ErgoConnect, a full medical web application that connects patients, occupational therapists, orthopaedic appliance specialists and care structures in Belgium. The heart of the project is a robust, secure platform built for daily professional use. For patients: account creation, search for practitioners by field of expertise, city and language, access to schedules and contact details, secure tracking of therapeutic progress and centralisation of medical documents. For practitioners: a certified public profile, a centralised management dashboard, generation of professional clinical reports and reduced administrative work. Everything rests on a secure architecture — encrypted data, strict GDPR compliance, European hosting, access reserved to the patient and their practitioner only, zero data resale. A solid, multi-role and multilingual application, built to become a reference infrastructure for occupational therapy in Belgium.

Branding
With the exception of the logo, handled by a third party, we designed ErgoConnect's entire visual identity. In a medical sector where trust is paramount, we built a clean, clear and reassuring design system: a professional colour palette, legible typography, custom iconography and illustrations (a map of Belgium, collaborative and inclusive consultation scenes). This consistent visual language was designed to structure a dense application — multiple roles, dashboards, forms, reports — while staying accessible and human. Colours, components, spacing and usage rules were documented and applied across the whole platform, ensuring a homogeneous experience and a credible brand at the scale of a healthcare infrastructure.

AI Automation
Beyond matchmaking, ErgoConnect embeds powerful automation modules that save practitioners considerable time. Clinical assessments and tests are digitised and automated: the practitioner runs a test, and the platform automatically computes, structures and generates a ready-to-use professional clinical report. The system also handles the automated flow of documents and orders between appliance specialists, occupational therapists and patients, removing much of the administrative back-and-forth. The result: less paperwork, fewer errors, and professionals who can focus on care rather than admin.
