Kompose Agency provides digital services including: website design and development, branding and visual identity, AI automation and workflows, web application development.

Each service is subject to a written quote and agreement before work begins.

3. Payment terms

A deposit is required before any project begins (typically 50%, as specified in the quote). The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.

Prices are listed excluding taxes. As a UAE-based company, applicable taxes apply in accordance with local regulations.

4. Intellectual property

All deliverables (design, code, content) become the property of the client upon full payment.

Kompose Agency reserves the right to reference the project in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client expressly objects in writing.

5. Liability

Kompose Agency commits to delivering services with care and professionalism. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant service.

We cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or consequential damages related to the use or unavailability of the delivered site.

6. Delivery timelines

Timelines provided are estimates and depend on the client's responsiveness (content, approvals). Any delay attributable to the client releases Kompose Agency from its timeline commitments.

7. Amendments

Kompose Agency reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, along with its update date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
