Creation of Casa Blanca's complete brand identity, from a blank page. We first defined the brand DNA — its positioning as a trusted, warm and approachable partner in an often cold, impersonal real-estate market — before designing the logo and the entire visual system. The choice is deliberate: a clean black-and-white foundation, elegant and timeless, that never dates and lets the properties take centre stage. The art direction warms up this minimalist frame with warm tones and refined photography, embodying the promise "Your trusted partner on the Costa Blanca". Logo, palette, typographic rules and variations were then applied consistently across the whole site and communication materials, for an instantly recognisable brand.

Design and development of a warm, professional real-estate website (warm tones, large hero imagery) for Casa Blanca, an agency led by Caroline Billiard, a French-speaking professional based in Spain who personally guides her clients. Broad Costa Blanca coverage, from Denia to Almería, in the Alicante province. The site showcases over 2,000 active properties: new builds, resales and rentals — villas, townhouses, bungalows and apartments from €238,000 to €1,400,000. Multilingual (French, English, Spanish, Dutch), it is structured into clear sections (Sales, Resales, Rentals, About, Contact), carries the "Your trusted partner on the Costa Blanca" positioning and includes direct WhatsApp and email contact as well as social media (Instagram, Facebook). Information-rich property cards (photos, specifications, pricing), a fully custom interface, optimised for multilingual SEO and smooth on both mobile and desktop.

Integration of the site into the network of interconnected real-estate portals driven by a shared automated back-office. An XML feed system automatically feeds and updates over 2,000 listings with no manual entry and keeps the catalogue permanently in sync. The interconnection between partner sites makes it possible to share and distribute a single property across several agencies in just a few clicks, multiplying the reach of every listing. Adding a new property takes under a minute. Fully custom-built, the back-office gives total freedom over distribution rules, filters and future evolutions, where an off-the-shelf solution would impose its limits.
