Typeform or a custom form on your site. Fields: project type, budget, deadline, contact info.
2. n8n receives the webhook
HTTP trigger. n8n parses the data, qualifies the lead (budget OK? project type in scope?).
3. Quote generation
n8n calls a Google Docs or PandaDoc template. Variables auto-replaced. PDF generated.
4. Auto-send + follow-up
Email sent via Resend or SendGrid. Lead created in CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive). Day+3 follow-up task scheduled.
